Renew Co Contracting was incorporated in British Columbia in early 2025 to do one thing: residential renovations done properly, by a small team, with the same person on your file from quote to handover. The renovation industry in Greater Vancouver is full of larger firms that subcontract everything and never have the same crew on a site twice. We’re the opposite of that.

Every project we take on follows the same approach. A free in-home consultation walks the actual space — no remote video calls, no off-the-cuff estimates. The fixed-price quote that follows is itemized: labour, materials specified by brand and quantity, permits, project management, disposal. There are no “allowances” that creep up mid-build. If we miss something in the quote, that’s our problem, not yours.

We work across Greater Vancouver — Vancouver, Burnaby, the North Shore, Richmond, the Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, and Langley — and we cover kitchens, bathrooms, basements (including legal secondary suites), condos with strata coordination, apartment renovations, and full-home remodels.
